Login & Account
Troubleshooting login issues, password resets, and email verification.
I can't log in
My email and password aren't working.
Double-check you're using the correct email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page to reset it.
My account is locked.
After 5 failed login attempts within 15 minutes, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait for the lockout to expire, or reset your password to regain access immediately.
I'm not receiving the verification email.
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, go back to the verification page and click "Resend Code". You can request a new code every 60 seconds. Make sure you're checking the email address you signed up with.
I signed up with Google/GitHub but can't log in.
Make sure you're clicking the same provider (Google or GitHub) you used during signup. Your Noarka account is linked to that provider — you can't use a different one to log in to the same account.
I'm stuck on the 2FA screen.
Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password). If you've lost access to your authenticator, use one of your backup codes. If you don't have backup codes, contact support.
I see "Email not verified".
You must verify your email before logging in. Check your inbox for the verification code, or go back to the verification page and click "Resend Code". The code expires after 15 minutes.
Hacked account
I think my account has been hacked.
If you suspect unauthorized access, follow the steps below immediately to secure your account.
Step 1: Reset your password.
Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?". Create a strong, unique password that you haven't used elsewhere. This will kick out anyone who has your old password.
Step 2: Revoke all sessions.
Once you're logged in, go to Account → Security → Sessions. Click "Revoke All Other Sessions" to sign out every other device that may have access to your account.
Step 3: Enable two-factor authentication.
Go to Account → Security → Two-Factor and set up 2FA. This adds an extra layer of security so that even if someone gets your password, they can't log in without your authenticator app.
Step 4: Check your linked accounts.
Go to Account → Connected Apps and review your linked providers (Google, GitHub). If you see any you don't recognize, disconnect them immediately.
Step 5: Review your activity log.
Go to Account → Activity to check for any suspicious logins or changes. Look for unfamiliar IP addresses or devices. If you see anything concerning, note the details and contact support.
I can't regain access to my account.
If the attacker changed your password and email, contact support immediately at support@noarka.com. Provide your account email, any proof of ownership, and details of what happened. We'll help you recover your account.
Password reset
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a secure link to create a new password. The link expires after 1 hour.
I didn't receive the reset email.
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, try requesting another reset link. If you still don't receive it, contact support.
Email verification
How do I verify my email address?
After signing up, we send a verification email with a 6-digit code. Enter it on the verification page. The code expires after 15 minutes.
I didn't receive the verification email.
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, go back to the verification page and click "Resend Code". You can request a new code every 60 seconds.
Can I log in without verifying my email?
No. Unverified accounts cannot log in. You must verify your email address first.
Multiple accounts
Can I have multiple Noarka accounts?
Yes. Noarka supports multiple accounts under one login. Use the account switcher in the sidebar to switch between accounts seamlessly without signing out.
How do I switch between accounts?
Click the account switcher in the sidebar (your name/avatar). Select the account you want to switch to. You'll need to enter your password to confirm the switch.
