By accessing or using Noarka and its associated products and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and unique
• Enable two-factor authentication where available
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Services without written authorisation

Noarka provides a platform for account management and single sign-on. Individual products (such as Invoisor and Car Parts Marketplace) may have their own billing, terms, and pricing. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service for payment-related transactions.

Noarka may store payment methods at the Stripe customer level for convenience across products. You can manage your payment methods through your account settings.

The Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and design elements, are the property of Noarka Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noarka Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings (Account → Privacy → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
